Under most circumstances I am unable to give refunds. Please do all measuring before you order your pole.
It has come to my attention that on some of the poles there is wording on the instructions about "not doing tricks". Each pole has a rating for holding weight. For most poles this is around 200 pounds. The wording has changed on some of the instructions because the pole is rated to hold you and your weight. However, myself and the manufacturer are not responsible for impromer installation or use.
We are also not responsible for your skill level. This wording has been added by the manufacturer for legal reasons to protect us from people who install ther poles incorrectly or who attempt tricks that surpass their skill or physical level.
Please Note~ Due to the personal nature of the items I am often unable to accept returns under normal circumstances. Under most circumstances I am unable to give refunds. If you order a pole from me the shipping is insured with the shipper in case of damage. Please do all measuring before you order your pole, I cannot give refunds if the pole does not fit. Also, please read all installation instructions. By ordering from my site you agree to hold me non liable for any damage done during installation or to yourself or others using the pole.
I cannot give refunds if you decide you do not like pole dancing, or the girl you were dating broke up with you & you dont have anyone to dance for you on the pole. I also cannot give refunds if you install the pole improperly. Read the instructions. I have installed most of the poles on my website myself with a drill or screwdriver in anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour. But the instructions are included for a reason.
